How can I pay?

Payment is required to confirm your seat in a workshop or event.

Payment is available through the website. Website payment is preferred to other methods, however, if it is not possible, please contact us and we will assist accordingly.

Are workshops/events for certain age groups?

No, not necessarily. Our programs is catered for all ages, and we have kids summer club every year.

Can I attend online?

Online attendance may be available for some course, but not likely. Please check program details, or contact us for more information.

What is the refund & cancellation policy for workshops and events?

Refund is only guaranteed if requested up to 5 working days prior to the scheduled event or workshop.

If cancellation is requested in less than 5 working days, the request may be assessed, but approval is not guaranteed.

In the case of postponement or cancellation of the event by Al Riwaq, registrants will be contacted and fully refunded.
