Workshop Brief: 
It’s a Closed Circuit is a performance that transforms individual voices into a shared, evolving composition through guided vocal participation and reading.
Following its first presentation at Cité internationale des arts in Paris, this iteration at Al Riwaq continues and expands the work, inviting a new group of voices into an evolving collective sound piece.

Short bio:
Omnia Elamir is a multidisciplinary artist working across sculpture, assemblage, and sound. Her practice explores memory, domesticity, control, and social structures through personal experiences. Her recent work focuses on sound and performance, using participation and collective work to challenge ideas of art making and refusal.
