A full day away from the noise, the roles and the constant need to get things right.

Through intuitive painting, color, working with clay, writing and reflection, you will be invited to slow down and listen more closely to yourself. There is no prescribed outcome and no artistic standard to meet. The point is not to make “good art”; it is to make contact with what is true, alive and asking for your attention.

This is a spacious, process-led day for people who want to reconnect with their creativity and perhaps with parts of themselves that have been waiting quietly in the background.

 

Come as you are. Wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on.

All art materials included. BD120 per person.

Lunch can be ordered from the in-house café at an additional cost. Details will be shared before the workshop.

يوم من الاستكشاف والإبداع الحر، لمن يرغب في إعادة التواصل مع قدراته الإبداعية، وربما اكتشاف جوانب من ذاته لم تتح له الفرصة للتعبير عنها من قبل.

 

تعال كما أنت، وارتدِ ملابس لا تمانع اتساخها بالألوان.
