Breathe, Move, Imagine: Kids Yoga & Storytelling Experience

A playful and calming experience where children explore yoga, breath, and imagination through movement. The session ends with positive storytelling that nurtures kindness, confidence, and emotional awareness in a fun and supportive space.

Notes:

Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and to bring a bottle of water. They may also bring a favorite soft toy for comfort and are welcome to use their own yoga mat if they prefer.
